Hotel & Resort Fitness Centres in Pattaya
Most of the higher end resorts and hotels, as well as many of the moderately priced hotels and resorts offer fitness centres in Pattaya. Many of the moderate and virtually all of the upscale hotels also offer swimming pools for you to swim in as part of your workout.

Fitness Centres While Traveling
When traveling it is important to try to observe the behavior of local residents or other guests in order not to offend while using the fitness centre. Most people who use fitness centres in Pattaya are very courteous. You should to display that same level of courtesy in the use of the equipment, respect for those around you, etc.
Make sure you pack everything you need including gym clothes, undergarments, athletic shoes, etc. Most fitness centres charge premium fees for equipment or accessories you left behind.
