The first registered submarine in Pattaya was built in Belgium in 2001. After being built the submarine was sent to Israel and now resides in Pattaya. This is one of the most unique Pattaya attractions and is the definition of Pattaya family fun.

Men, women and children have often seen films about or with submarines, now they can live the adventure by traveling on a real submarine.

This Pattaya submarine can travel 100 meters under the water and hold 48 people as it travels up to 7 knots.

Pattaya Attractions: Vimantatalay Submarine - How to Ride

Travelers looking for unique Pattaya attractions will love their trip. It all starts from the South Pattaya Pier where you will take a ferry boat to Barge Ship at Kor Sak. The transfer is about 30 minutes long.

You will transfer to the barge ship to the submarine, that takes roughly 5 minutes. You will then enjoy submarine sightseeing for roughly 45 minutes before being brought back to the barge ship to return to the ferry and then South Pattaya Pier.

The entire attraction will be about 3 hours, plenty of time to fill your day with other unique adventures. This is a great Pattaya attraction but it is not for everyone. People who suffer from claustrophobia or fear of enclosed places may not like the confined quarters of a submarine. This is something you will want to take into consideration when bringing small children to the Pattaya submarine.
