The room we stayed in was very nice and the room service was great! Lots of yummy food on the menus and the facilities were incredible! We'll definitely be back!

Not too far from the city and not too close to it either, so it was a great location for us. The staff exceeded our expecations, and the room was fabulous with a great view. We're looking forward to returning to this resort! Kevin Krasen

It is a superb hotel, but it is a little bit isolated, from the nearby village of Jomtien and the epic center of Pattaya.
All depends what are the priorities. For romantic people, really the best choice. Superb service and fantastic facilities.

My first immpression was, where am I, then it became clear I was in the best spot for a wonderful vacation.

It is a great property and my stay was very enjoyable. it is an awesome place for people who want to be away from the hustle & bustle of downtown pattaya and spend some idle moments enjoying themselves.
The only flip side is the connectivity downtown as taxi drivers tend to overcharge on your way back to the hotel. more hotel reviews...

it is far from main pattaya city. location is good expecially with beach facing rooms. we did not avail any of the room services hence cannot comment on the same. but over all a good place for 2-3... Far from the Main Pattaya

Its one of the largest hotel in Pattaya and its huge, however its very far from Main Pattaya.
We stayed at this Hotel during the period 1 5 - 16 March 2008 with a group.

Ambassador is a huge hotel.. but is slightly far from Pattaya beach. This one is on Jomtien beach and if you was more privacy and want to live away from hustle bustle of the city; then it is a good... Contrary to the other reviews
