The pool areas were amazing and so was the food! The rooms were extremely luxurious and the ocean view was great. Loved the balcony! The spa service was second to none, and one of the best spa facilities I have visited.

The location was unbelievable and the private beaches -- wow! Wow was the first word that came to mind as soon as we arrived and I never stopped wowing the whole time we stayed! My husband and I were so impressed by the service as well and the pools were unbelievable! Not to mention the food -- again, wow! Loved this place and can't wait to return!

I stayed in this hotel for 7 nights and could easily have stayed the whole of my 3 weeks there. The Hotel is in an excellent location - right beside the beach and not far from the busy street life of Pattaya. The restaurants within the hotel were excellent and the entertainment was second to none. Great variety of sun-bathing locations within the complex and they had no objections to you buying food from the vendors on the beach and eating on the premises if you fancied a change. Rooms were excellent and great views if you had a beach view. All in all definitely a hotel I would return to without doubt- rated it more than their 4 star status.

We stayed in a sea view room on the 7th floor. Our package consisted of access to the business lounge with complimentary snacks and internet access, and a full buffet breakfast. Otherwise Internet access is quite pricey, however there are many internet cafes in Pattaya at just 1 Baht per minute. The food is fantastic, especially the Bay Side buffet on the Saturday evening. Book early if you want a sea side table. The selection and quality of food at this buffet is awesome, especially the seafood. The hotel is conveniently located at the bottom of Pattaya Nua (North Pattaya Road) opposite a large supermarket, and Baht buses are in abundance to take you along the seafront to Walking St for just 10 Baht a ride. If you do fancy eating out, try Ali Baba Indian restaurant at the bottom of Pattaya Klang Rd (Pattaya Central). We've been using this restaurant for years and although the Manager has changed, the cheese parathas and butter chicken masala has beats all the UK restaurants we have eaten in.

The Dusit Resort at Pattaya is far enough away from the noise of downtown Pattaya to be an oasis of calm and relaxation. It is a magnicient hotel with every comfort afforded to you. Two swimming pools are excellent, good restaurants and pristine grounds. The rooms are spacious and well furnished, all with good size balconies either overlooking the gardens or with a seaview. Staff are very attentive, the whole hotel is beautifully laid out and we would certainly recommend this hotel.

Enjoyed our stay here after a few hickups... We had booked a Superior Garden view room, however, in our opinion this room was anything but superior, rather tatty, dirty carpets, bathroom and bedroom looking in need of good cleaning. Complained to the Manager, who treated our complaint really seriously, and prompty changed our room to a 'superior Sea View' The difference was significant. Apparently they only have 'superior rooms'but I would suggest that the garden view rooms are anything but superior.
The staff and service were excellent. The cost of meals, drinks etc very high, but there are plenty of alternatives close by the hotel. Lovely quiet gardens, plenty of loungers + towels.

It seems to be the in-place in Pattaya as it was full when I went. It was busy as say but with a fun buzz. I live up on Suhkumvit and will be coming more often. This place is a perfect place for a break. I booked on this website, got the deal i wanted and had no problems.
